SHOPUBBI+ POLICY

SHOPUBBI+ is the brand-new side of SHOPUBBI — a curated selection of new fashion, accessories, lifestyle, home, and other merchandise offered alongside our Pre-Loved marketplace.
SHOPUBBI+ allows us to bring together retail and resale in one destination while maintaining transparency about what customers are purchasing.
1. What Is SHOPUBBI+?
Products identified as SHOPUBBI+ are sold as brand-new merchandise and are separate from SHOPUBBI’s Pre-Loved inventory.
SHOPUBBI+ merchandise may include fashion, accessories, jewelry, footwear, beauty and lifestyle products, home goods, furniture, and other curated merchandise.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, SHOPUBBI+ products have not been previously owned or worn.
2. How to Identify SHOPUBBI+ Products
SHOPUBBI+ merchandise is identified throughout shopubbi.com using the SHOPUBBI+ designation.
Customers should review the individual product page before purchasing for information regarding sizing, materials, specifications, shipping estimates, and other product-specific details.
Products identified as Pre-Loved are part of our resale marketplace and are not SHOPUBBI+ merchandise and are tagged as Pre-Loved.
3. Product Sourcing
SHOPUBBI+ merchandise may be sourced from brands, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, independent designers, wholesale partners, and other established commercial sources.
Unlike Pre-Loved merchandise, SHOPUBBI+ products do not originate through SHOPUBBI’s consumer consignment program.
Some SHOPUBBI+ merchandise may be shipped from different locations within our fulfillment or supplier network.
4. Product Availability
SHOPUBBI+ availability may change without notice.
Certain products may be stocked in limited quantities, made available through supplier inventory, released seasonally, or offered for a limited period.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully completed and confirmed.
In the uncommon event that an ordered product becomes unavailable, SHOPUBBI may cancel the affected item and issue the appropriate refund.
5. Product Information
SHOPUBBI works to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, colors, and other information.
However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing, production batches, photography, lighting, screen settings, or other reasonable factors.
Measurements provided on product pages are approximate unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing and product information before ordering.
6. Pricing
SHOPUBBI+ prices are determined based on factors including sourcing costs, market conditions, supplier pricing, product category, promotions, and other commercial considerations.
Prices may change without notice.
A price change after an order has been completed does not entitle the customer to a retroactive price adjustment unless SHOPUBBI specifically offers one.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated separately where required.
7. Promotions & Discounts
SHOPUBBI+ merchandise may occasionally be included in sales, promotional offers, discount codes, or other incentives.
Promotional exclusions may apply.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.
8. Order Processing
SHOPUBBI+ products generally require approximately 3–7 business days for processing before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Some products may require additional processing time because of their size, sourcing location, production schedule, supplier requirements, or other product-specific circumstances.
Estimated processing times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
If an item has an extended processing or shipping timeframe, customers should refer to the information provided on the applicable product page.
9. Shipping & Fulfillment
SHOPUBBI operates through a distributed North American fulfillment network, and SHOPUBBI+ products may ship separately from other items within the same order.
As a result, customers purchasing multiple products may receive more than one package and may receive packages on different dates.

10. Furniture & Oversized Merchandise
Furniture, large home goods, and other oversized SHOPUBBI+ merchandise may have different fulfillment, delivery, cancellation, and return requirements.
Processing and delivery times may be longer than standard parcel shipments.
Customers should carefully review the applicable product page before ordering oversized merchandise.
Additional shipping or delivery charges may apply.
11. Returns
Eligible SHOPUBBI+ merchandise may be returned in accordance with the SHOPUBBI Returns & Refunds Policy.
Unless a different product-specific policy is disclosed, eligible SHOPUBBI+ return requests should be made within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Returned merchandise must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition with original packaging and tags where applicable.
Certain products are excluded from return for hygiene, safety, customization, clearance, oversized-item, or other product-specific reasons.
Products identified as Final Sale are not eligible for discretionary return, subject to applicable law.

12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
If you receive SHOPUBBI+ merchandise that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact SHOPUBBI as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please retain the product, packaging, shipping materials, and any applicable labels while your request is being reviewed.
Photographs or other information may be requested to help us evaluate the issue.
Where SHOPUBBI confirms an eligible issue, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
13. Order Cancellations
Customers may contact SHOPUBBI to request cancellation before an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to the applicable return policy.
14. SHOPUBBI+ vs. Pre-Loved
SHOPUBBI intentionally offers both brand-new and resale merchandise.
SHOPUBBI+ represents brand-new curated merchandise.
Pre-Loved represents previously owned merchandise offered through our resale marketplace, including items that may still be New With Tags or New Without Tags.
Because ownership history and physical condition are different concepts, a Pre-Loved product may be completely unworn while still being classified as Pre-Loved.
Customers can use the applicable SHOPUBBI+ or Pre-Loved designation to understand which marketplace a product belongs to.
15. UBBIKINI
UBBIKINI is SHOPUBBI’s dedicated swim and resortwear brand and is separate from the Pre-Loved marketplace.
UBBIKINI merchandise is offered as new merchandise unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Due to the nature of swimwear and hygiene considerations, specific return restrictions may apply. Customers should review the applicable product information and Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing.
16. Changes to This Policy
SHOPUBBI may update this policy as its merchandise, fulfillment network, services, or business operations evolve.
The version published on shopubbi.com at the applicable time will govern, subject to applicable law.
