Effective for all brand-new items sold under the SHOPUBBI+ portion of our website.
SHOPUBBI+ features a curated range of brand-new merchandise, including home goods, apparel, accessories, and our Furniture+ collection. These items follow distinct processing and shipping guidelines separate from our Shopubbi resale items. By purchasing from SHOPUBBI+, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. PRODUCT CONDITION
All items listed under SHOPUBBI+ are 100% brand new, never worn, never used, and shipped in new condition.
These products are not part of our secondhand resale inventory.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times vary depending on the category and logistics required for preparing new merchandise.

Estimated processing time 3–7 business days.

Furniture+, oversized items, specialty home goods:
Processing may take 7–14 business days, and in some cases up to 15–20 business days depending on size, packaging requirements, and freight coordination.
Processing begins once your order is confirmed. Timeframes are estimates and may adjust slightly depending on inventory flow and seasonal volume.
3. SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times begin after processing is completed.
Items ship from our distribution hubs located in North America and the European Union, and delivery timelines reflect standard transit times for new merchandise shipped from these regions.

Combined processing + shipping means total fulfillment may range from 10–25 business days, depending on the item.

4. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
Because SHOPUBBI+ includes diverse product categories, items may be packaged and shipped separately to ensure safe transit and efficient delivery.
You may receive more than one shipment and tracking number for a single order.
5. SHIPPING REGIONS
SHOPUBBI+ ships to Canada and the United States.
All products ship from distribution centers located in:

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Return Eligibility
Because SHOPUBBI+ merchandise is brand-new, returns must meet the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

6.3 Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested immediately after purchase.
Once an order begins processing, it cannot be cancelled, as new merchandise is already being prepared for shipment.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate.
7. SHIPPING DELAYS
By purchasing SHOPUBBI+ items, you acknowledge:

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, courier issues, seasonal surges, or extended processing times for new merchandise

Delays do not qualify for order cancellations once processing has begun

8. CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Some shipments may pass through customs depending on the receiving region.
Any import fees, if assessed, are the responsibility of the customer.
Most shipments within North America do not incur customs charges, but this cannot be guaranteed.
9. SEPARATE POLICY FROM SHOPUBBI RESALE
SHOPUBBI+ operates with its own set of processing, shipping, and return timelines that differ from our secondhand resale items.
