Shipping policy

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. 
  • Shipping is calculated based on weight, and package destination. Please only select local pick-up if you reside in the area with a pick-up hub. If you choose local pick-up and do not reside in the area, we will invoice you at the email provided for shipping costs. 
  • Please recycle/compost the packing materials you receive as they are environmentally friendly! 
  • Once an item has been shipped, SHOPUBBI is no longer responsible for the item. 
  • All orders include tracking.

Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

Orders shipped outside of Canada are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Some items may ship from our global partners. Shipping times, order routing, and customs processing may vary depending on the item, destination, and carrier.

Please note that refusal to pay applicable duties or taxes may result in the order being returned or abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
