Shipping & Delivery

Processing times

• Pre-Loved orders: processed within 3–5 business days
• SHOPUBBI+ orders: processed within 3–7 business days
• Furniture and oversized items: processing may take 7–14 business days depending on availability and freight requirements

Shipping times (after processing)

• Pre-Loved and standard SHOPUBBI+ orders: typically 7–15 business days in transit
• Furniture and oversized items: typically 10–20 business days in transit
• Total time from order to delivery for SHOPUBBI+ and furniture items may range from 10–25 business days combined

All orders ship with tracking, which is provided by email once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package size and weight, merchandise type, fulfillment location, and any special handling required for oversized items. Customers selecting local pickup must reside within a supported pickup hub area; orders that don't qualify will be invoiced for shipping to the email provided at checkout.

International orders and import charges

International shipments (outside Canada) are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country or carrier are the customer's responsibility and are collected on delivery. Customs and import rules vary by country and are outside our control — we recommend checking your local requirements before ordering internationally.

Delays

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, factors outside our control — including weather, carrier delays, customs processing, and regional disruptions — can affect delivery timing. We can't guarantee an exact delivery date unless a specific guaranteed service was expressly offered and selected at checkout.
