SHOPUBBI fulfills orders through a distributed network across Canada and the United States.
Because our assortment includes individually sourced Pre-Loved pieces alongside brand-new SHOPUBBI+ merchandise, processing times and shipping origins can vary by product.
We want you to know what to expect before you order.
Where We Ship From
Depending on the merchandise purchased, SHOPUBBI orders may be fulfilled through our network in:

Santa Cruz, California
Los Angeles, California
Your order does not necessarily ship from the SHOPUBBI location closest to you.
Inventory is distributed throughout our network, and merchandise ships from the location where it is currently held.
Pre-Loved Shipping
One-of-a-Kind Pieces, Carefully Prepared.
Most SHOPUBBI Pre-Loved merchandise is individually held within our resale inventory.
Pre-Loved orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been prepared and transferred to the applicable carrier, you’ll receive available tracking information by email.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment and is separate from carrier transit time.
SHOPUBBI+ Shipping
Brand New. Different Fulfillment.
SHOPUBBI+ merchandise is brand new and sourced separately from our Pre-Loved assortment.
Because SHOPUBBI+ products can be fulfilled through different inventory partners and locations, processing and delivery times may vary more significantly between products.
Standard SHOPUBBI+ merchandise may require approximately 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.
Certain products may have longer fulfillment periods. When an item has an extended estimated timeline, applicable information should be displayed on its product page.
Please review individual product information before ordering when timing is important.
Furniture & Oversized Merchandise
Furniture, large home products and other oversized SHOPUBBI+ merchandise require different handling from standard parcel shipments.
These products may require extended processing and delivery periods depending on availability, destination, freight requirements and the merchandise involved.
Estimated fulfillment information will be provided on applicable product pages or during the order process whenever available.
Furniture and oversized merchandise should not be assumed to follow standard SHOPUBBI+ shipping timelines.
Orders With Multiple Items
Your order may arrive in more than one shipment.
Because SHOPUBBI inventory is distributed across several fulfillment locations, products within the same order may be shipped separately.
This is particularly likely when an order combines:
Pre-Loved + SHOPUBBI+
or merchandise held at different SHOPUBBI fulfillment locations.
When available, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and applicable costs are displayed at checkout based on your order, delivery destination and available fulfillment options.
Shipping rates may vary depending on:

Package size and weight
Shipping service
Merchandise type
Fulfillment location
Oversized or special handling requirements
The shipping options displayed during checkout are the options available for that particular order.
Canada & United States
SHOPUBBI serves customers throughout Canada and the United States.
Because SHOPUBBI operates on both sides of the border, some merchandise may cross an international border before reaching its destination.
Where applicable, customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other import-related charges may apply.
Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable import charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
International Shipping
International shipping availability outside Canada and the United States may depend on the merchandise and destination.
If international delivery is available for your order, applicable shipping options will be presented during checkout.
Customers are responsible for understanding any import restrictions, customs requirements, duties or taxes applicable in their destination.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you’ll receive tracking information after your order has been prepared for shipment.
Please allow time for the carrier to register the shipment after your tracking information is created.
Tracking activity and delivery estimates are provided by the applicable carrier and may change while a shipment is in transit.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping estimates are exactly that—estimates.
Once a shipment has been transferred to a carrier, circumstances outside SHOPUBBI’s direct control can affect delivery.
These may include:
Weather
Carrier delays
Customs processing
High-volume holiday periods
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Regional disruptions
SHOPUBBI cannot guarantee a carrier’s exact delivery date unless a specific guaranteed service has been expressly offered.
Make Sure Your Address Is Correct.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact SHOPUBBI as quickly as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to update an address before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been transferred to a carrier.
Lost, Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking indicates a problem with delivery, contact the applicable carrier and SHOPUBBI as soon as possible.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the exterior packaging before discarding it, along with any damage to the merchandise inside.
These photographs may be required to assist with a carrier claim or review.
For a package marked delivered that you cannot locate, first check around the delivery location, with household members, building management or other applicable receiving areas before contacting us.
Local Pickup
Eligible merchandise may be available for local pickup in select SHOPUBBI markets.
Current pickup availability may include:

Los Angeles, California
Because inventory is distributed throughout our network, not every item qualifies for pickup at every location.
Do not arrive at a SHOPUBBI pickup location until your pickup has been confirmed and instructions have been provided.

If you’re purchasing something for a trip, event, birthday or other time-sensitive occasion, please review the product’s estimated fulfillment information before ordering.
Processing times and carrier transit times are separate, and expedited carrier service does not necessarily shorten the time required to prepare an order.
