How Local Consignment Works
01 — Submit
Send us photographs and basic information about the pieces you’d like to consign.
Submitting your items before bringing them to us allows our team to determine whether they’re a good fit for the current SHOPUBBI assortment.
02 — Get Approved
Our team reviews each submission individually.
We consider the brand, condition, style, seasonality, resale value and current customer demand when deciding what to accept.
If your pieces are approved, we’ll provide instructions for your local drop-off.
03 — Drop Off
Bring your approved pieces to the designated SHOPUBBI pickup or drop-off location arranged with our team.
Please only bring merchandise that has already been approved unless otherwise instructed.
04 — We Take It From Here
Once received, your items can be inspected, condition graded and prepared for sale.
SHOPUBBI handles the work involved in bringing your pieces to market, including professional presentation, product information, pricing, merchandising and the customer-facing sales process.
05 — Get Paid
When your item sells and the transaction meets the requirements of your consignment agreement, you’ll receive your applicable portion of the proceeds.

What Can I Consign?
Our assortment changes constantly, but we’re generally interested in well-maintained:
Designer & luxury pieces
Handbags, clothing, footwear, jewelry and accessories from established luxury houses.
Contemporary fashion
Current and desirable clothing and accessories from established contemporary and premium brands.
New & nearly new pieces
New With Tags, New Without Tags, barely worn and exceptionally well-maintained merchandise.
Select vintage
Distinctive vintage and archival pieces with strong design, quality or resale appeal.
SHOPUBBI is curated, so not every item or brand submitted will be accepted.

Condition Matters
We want the next owner to be excited to receive your piece.
Items submitted for consignment should be clean, presentable and accurately represented during the submission process.
Clothing should be freshly cleaned where appropriate. Shoes, handbags and accessories should be free of unnecessary dirt or debris.
Please disclose stains, scratches, missing components, alterations, repairs or other noticeable wear when submitting an item.
For luxury merchandise, include any original receipts, authenticity documentation, boxes, dust bags, tags or other accessories you still have whenever possible.
You don’t need to have every original accessory for an item to be considered, but providing them may help us evaluate and present the piece more completely.

Selling independently can mean taking photographs, researching prices, creating listings, answering messages, negotiating offers, coordinating meetups and handling buyers.

Local service is arranged with the SHOPUBBI team following approval of your submission. Availability and drop-off instructions may vary by location.
If you’re not near one of our local markets, you can still sell with us.
