SHOPUBBI is a curated marketplace, which means we don’t accept everything we’re offered.
We look for merchandise that combines quality, condition, style and resale potential—pieces we believe our customers will be excited to discover and own.
From unworn designer finds to beautifully maintained wardrobe favorites, we’re interested in pieces worth giving another life.

What We’re Looking For
Designer & Luxury
We accept select merchandise from established luxury and designer houses, including:
Handbags, clothing, footwear, jewelry, watches, scarves, belts, sunglasses and other accessories.
Original packaging, receipts, dust bags, authenticity cards and other documentation are always helpful when available, but aren’t necessarily required for an item to be considered.
Luxury merchandise is subject to SHOPUBBI’s applicable authentication requirements.

Contemporary Fashion
Great resale isn’t limited to luxury labels.
SHOPUBBI also considers desirable contemporary, premium and recognizable fashion brands when the individual piece has appropriate condition, quality and resale appeal.
We look beyond the label itself and consider the complete item—including its style, condition, original value and current customer demand.
New & Nearly New
Some of the best secondhand pieces barely feel secondhand at all.
We’re particularly interested in merchandise that is:
New With Tags (NWT)
Never worn or used, with its original retail tags attached.
New Without Tags (NWOT)
Never worn or used, but without its original retail tags.
Excellent Condition
Barely worn and exceptionally well maintained.
These pieces are a major part of what SHOPUBBI represents: pre-loved doesn’t have to mean worn-out.
Shoes & Accessories
We consider select:
Shoes and boots, handbags and wallets, belts, scarves, sunglasses, jewelry, watches, hats and other fashion accessories.
Footwear should be clean and in a condition appropriate for resale. Please photograph the soles when submitting shoes so we can accurately evaluate wear.
Jewelry & Watches
SHOPUBBI considers both fine and fashion jewelry depending on brand, materials, design, condition and resale potential.
This can include necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, watches and other wearable accessories.
Please provide information about materials, gemstones, brand and provenance whenever known.
Vintage & Unique Finds
Not everything worthwhile comes from a current collection.
SHOPUBBI may accept select vintage, archival and distinctive pieces that stand out because of their design, craftsmanship, rarity or relevance.
Vintage merchandise doesn’t necessarily need to look new. Appropriate age-related wear can be expected, but its condition must be accurately represented.
Condition Matters.
One of the biggest factors in determining whether we accept an item is its condition.
SHOPUBBI primarily looks for pieces ranging from new to gently worn, although select merchandise with greater signs of wear may be considered when its brand, rarity, value or desirability justifies it.
Before submitting, ask yourself:
Would I be happy receiving this item in its current condition?
If the answer is yes, we’d like to see it.
Our Condition Scale
Every accepted Pre-Loved item is represented according to its actual condition.
NWT — New With Tags
Unworn or unused with original retail tags attached.
NWOT — New Without Tags
Unworn or unused without original retail tags.
Excellent — Barely Worn
Exceptionally well maintained with little to no noticeable wear.
Great — Lightly Worn
Well maintained with minor signs of previous use.
Good — Gently Worn
Visible signs of normal wear while remaining in good usable condition.
Fair — Visible Wear
More noticeable signs of previous use that are clearly disclosed and reflected in the item’s presentation and pricing.

What We Generally Don’t Accept
To maintain the quality of the SHOPUBBI marketplace, we generally don’t accept:
Items with significant undisclosed damage, heavily stained or soiled clothing, strong persistent odors, merchandise in poor hygienic condition, counterfeit or authenticity-questionable merchandise, or pieces we determine have insufficient resale demand.
We may also decline merchandise because of seasonality, inventory levels or current customer demand—even when the item itself is in good condition.
Clean Before You Consign.
Please submit merchandise in the condition you’d expect to receive it.
Clothing should be appropriately cleaned before being provided to SHOPUBBI. Shoes, bags and accessories should be reasonably clean and free from unnecessary dirt or debris.
Don’t attempt aggressive DIY cleaning or repairs on valuable luxury merchandise if doing so could damage the item.
And don’t hide imperfections.
A disclosed scratch or small mark doesn’t automatically make something unsellable. Accurate information simply allows us to evaluate and represent it properly.

Our assortment changes constantly, and acceptance can depend on much more than the brand printed on the label.
Send us clear photographs and basic information about your piece, and we’ll determine whether it’s currently a fit for SHOPUBBI.
