Our assortment comes from multiple sources—from individual closets and private collections to established resale channels and new merchandise partners—but everything ultimately comes together under one standard:

How We Source Pre-Loved
SHOPUBBI’s Pre-Loved assortment is sourced through a combination of individual sellers, consignors, private collections and other established resale sources.
Every piece has already had a life before arriving at SHOPUBBI—even if that life never extended beyond someone’s closet.
That’s why you’ll find everything from beautifully worn-in favorites to merchandise that has never actually been worn.
Pre-loved doesn’t necessarily mean used.
Many pieces within our resale assortment arrive:
New With Tags
Never worn, with their original retail tags still attached.
New Without Tags
Never worn, without their original tags.
Barely Worn
Pieces worn only minimally and maintained in exceptional condition.
Gently Worn
Previously enjoyed pieces that remain in a condition we’re comfortable offering to another customer.
Every Pre-Loved product is represented according to its individual condition so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.

How We Choose What Makes the Cut
A recognizable label isn’t enough on its own.
When evaluating Pre-Loved merchandise, SHOPUBBI considers factors such as:
Condition — Is the piece in a condition we’re comfortable selling?
Quality — Does the construction, material and overall product meet our expectations?
Style — Is there something compelling about the piece?
Demand — Is it something our customers are likely to want?
Value — Does the piece make sense within the resale market?
Authenticity — For applicable designer and luxury merchandise, can we confidently stand behind the item’s authenticity?
Where Does SHOPUBBI+ Come From?
SHOPUBBI+ is entirely separate from our Pre-Loved inventory.
Everything within SHOPUBBI+ is brand new.
SHOPUBBI+ merchandise is sourced through selected brands, manufacturers, distributors and merchandise partners rather than individual resale consignors.
These products have not been previously owned or worn by another SHOPUBBI customer.
SHOPUBBI+ allows us to expand beyond what happens to be available through resale and curate new fashion, accessories, home, furniture and lifestyle merchandise that fits within the wider SHOPUBBI aesthetic.
Why Sell New and Pre-Loved Together?
Because that’s how people actually shop.
You might find a pre-loved designer handbag and pair it with a brand-new dress.
You might furnish a room with a new piece from SHOPUBBI+ and add something unique or previously owned later.
You might discover something from a past collection that can’t be found at retail anymore—and then purchase something completely new five minutes later.
We don’t believe those experiences need to exist in separate worlds.
SHOPUBBI brings them together without pretending they’re the same.
That’s why we clearly distinguish Pre-Loved from SHOPUBBI+ throughout the shopping experience.
What About Luxury?
Designer and luxury resale requires an additional layer of scrutiny.
SHOPUBBI evaluates applicable luxury merchandise using our authentication process before offering it for sale.
Depending on the brand and item, this may include examination of materials, construction, hardware, stitching, markings, serial information and other brand-specific characteristics.
Where applicable, additional authentication methods may also be used.

Transparency Matters.
We don’t believe customers should have to investigate a product page to figure out what they’re buying.
If something is Pre-Loved, we want you to know.
If something is New With Tags, we want you to know.
If something has visible wear, we want you to know.
And if something comes from SHOPUBBI+, you’ll know it’s part of our brand-new merchandise assortment.
The goal isn’t to make every piece look like it came from the same place.
It’s to make every piece feel like it belongs in the same place.
Curated, Not Collected.
Our inventory will always change.

Pre-Loved merchandise can be one-of-one. Past-season pieces can appear unexpectedly. New merchandise comes and goes. Something available today may never appear again.
