Terms of service

• All luxury/designer pieces will be checked through proof of purchase/retailer for authenticity alongside @entrupy. 
• Items will be shipped with tracking.
• Please allow up to 5 business days before contacting us about the status of your order if it has not yet shipped.

CONSIGNMENT GUIDELINES: 

• E-mail us at shopubbi@gmail.com with photographs of your item from all angles.
• SHOP UBBI will confirm acceptance of your item within 24 hours.
• All luxury clothing must be cleaned and steamed prior to be submitted for consignment. 
• Only items cared for and in excellent condition will be accepted. All payouts occur once a month.

CONSIGNMENT PAY-OUT PERCENTAGE(S): 

• 70%: Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes (exclusively) 
• 70%: Haute Couture Designers (Prada, Gucci, Burberry, etc.) Re-sale value must be over $500. 
• 55%: Items with a resale value under $500.
• 50%: Fashion brands: (Marc by Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, Coach)

ITEM CONDITION GUIDE:

• All items at SHOP UBBI are carefully examined, verified for authenticity, and rated for quality. You will see one of these ratings on every single item description on our store.

Consignment Store Condition Ratings

1. Fair (F) – Frequently Worn, Visible Signs of Wear

• Items in this category have been worn on a regular basis and show noticeable signs of wear.

• May have fading, pilling, fraying, or minor fabric thinning.

• Possible loose threads, stretched areas, or small stains that do not affect wearability.

• Shoes may have scuffed soles, creased leather, or worn-out insoles.

2. Good (G) – Gently Worn, Some Wear Present

• Used but well-maintained with visible signs of use.

• May have minor discoloration, slight fabric wear, or light scratches on hardware.

• No major flaws such as holes, tears, or deep stains.

• Shoes may show moderate sole wear but remain structurally sound.

3. Great (GR) – Lightly Worn, Minimal Imperfections

• Worn occasionally with well-preserved fabric and structure.

• Possible minor flaws such as tiny snags, slight creases, or faint marks.

• Overall, the item remains in solid condition without significant wear.

• Shoes may show only minimal sole wear and light creasing.

4. Excellent (E) – Like New, Barely Worn

• Worn once or twice with little to no visible wear.

• No stains, pilling, fading, or fabric damage.

• Shoes may have light sole scuffing but no creasing or noticeable wear.

• Appears almost new with no alterations or repairs.

5. New with Tags (NWT) – Unworn, Original Tags Attached

• Completely new, never worn, and in its original retail condition.

• All manufacturer tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable) are intact.

• No defects, alterations, or signs of use.

6. New without Tags (NWOT) – Unworn, No Tags, Perfect Condition

• Never worn and in flawless condition, but missing original tags.

• No marks, stains, or signs of wear.

• Appears exactly as it would in a retail store aside from missing tags.

AUTHENTICATION PROCESS:

• All consignment items are carefully examined at SHOP UBBI to ensure it meets our quality criteria. 
• Assessment of stitching, stamping, and hardware
• Verification of authenticity stamps and hologram stickers (where applicable)
• Serial number and date code verification 
• Evaluation of materials and craftsmanship 
• We have implemented AI technology and microscopy as an added layer of protection from fakes with @entrupy.
