These Terms govern your use of shopubbi.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

SHOPUBBI is operated by ABBYANNE FEATHER, a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at shopubbi@gmail.com or +1 (236) 480-0035. Our mailing address is 5307 Victoria Drive #1198, Vancouver, BC V5P 3V6.

Products and pricing

We sell both Pre-Loved (resale/consignment) and SHOPUBBI+ (new goods) merchandise. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed. We make reasonable efforts to display colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur, particularly for one-of-a-kind Pre-Loved items.

Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Returns, shipping, and privacy

Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference and apply to every order.

Consignment and selling with us

If you consign or sell items through SHOPUBBI, that relationship is governed by our separate Consignment Terms, available at shopubbi.com/pages/consignment-terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHOPUBBI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase of any product, including delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties outside our direct control. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
