Santa Cruz is one of SHOPUBBI’s primary home markets and remains an important part of our California operations.

Our Canadian home.
Vancouver serves as SHOPUBBI’s primary base in Canada and connects our resale operation with customers and consignors throughout British Columbia and beyond.
Our Vancouver presence supports local consignment and approved pickup services while connecting with SHOPUBBI’s wider Canadian fulfillment network.

SHOPUBBI also maintains a presence in Los Angeles, supporting our Southern California operations.
Approved customers and sellers may be able to arrange pickup or drop-off services through our Los Angeles location, while our Los Angeles fulfillment capabilities support SHOPUBBI’s broader ecommerce operation.

Our Fulfillment Network
SHOPUBBI’s ecommerce operation extends beyond our customer-facing pickup locations.
Our current fulfillment network includes hubs in:
Santa Cruz, California
Los Angeles, California
Vancouver, British Columbia
Toronto, Ontario
Ottawa, Ontario
Not every fulfillment location offers customer pickup, consignment drop-off or other in-person services.
An order may also ship from a different location than the customer’s nearest SHOPUBBI market depending on where the merchandise is held.
This distributed approach helps us manage an assortment that includes individually sourced Pre-Loved pieces alongside brand-new SHOPUBBI+ merchandise.
Picking Up an Order
Local pickup may be available for eligible merchandise in select SHOPUBBI markets.
Because inventory is distributed across multiple locations, local pickup is not automatically available for every product, even if you live near a SHOPUBBI pickup location.
If pickup is available for your order, you’ll receive the applicable instructions and confirmation before collection.
Please do not arrive at a SHOPUBBI location without a confirmed pickup arrangement.
Dropping Off Consignment
Approved local consignors can arrange merchandise drop-off in participating SHOPUBBI markets.
Items should be submitted and accepted before drop-off unless our team has specifically instructed you otherwise.
This allows us to review your merchandise first and makes the physical consignment process much more efficient.

Not Near a SHOPUBBI Location?
You can still sell with us.
SHOPUBBI’s remote consignment options allow eligible sellers throughout Canada and the United States to submit merchandise without being near one of our local markets.
Depending on the arrangement, you may send accepted merchandise to us or qualify to retain possession until an item sells.
