How It Works
Selling Should Be Simple.
You have great pieces you’re no longer using. We have the platform, tools and experience to help them find their next owner.
SHOPUBBI takes the work out of resale by helping with everything from evaluation and pricing to presentation, merchandising and customer service.
Whether you’re selling locally or remotely, getting started takes just a few steps.
01 — Submit Your Pieces
Start by telling us what you’d like to sell.
Provide clear photographs along with basic information about each item, including the brand, size, condition and any relevant details.
For designer and luxury pieces, include original receipts, authenticity documentation, packaging, dust bags or other supporting materials whenever available.

02 — We Review Your Submission
Every submission is individually reviewed by the SHOPUBBI team.
We consider factors including:
- Brand and designer
- Condition
- Original and current retail value
- Resale market value
- Style and seasonality
- Current trends
- Customer demand
- Existing SHOPUBBI inventory
Because SHOPUBBI is curated, submitting an item does not guarantee acceptance.
Being selective allows us to maintain a strong assortment while focusing our resources on pieces we believe are a good fit for our customers.
03 — Your Items Are Prepared
Once accepted, the next step depends on your selling arrangement.
Items received by SHOPUBBI may be physically inspected, condition graded and prepared for sale. Luxury merchandise may also undergo our applicable authentication process.
We then create the presentation needed to bring your piece to market, which can include professional product imagery, product descriptions, measurements, condition information and merchandising.
The goal is simple: present pre-loved merchandise with the same level of care customers expect when shopping retail.
04 — We Determine the Right Price
Resale pricing isn’t one-size-fits-all.
SHOPUBBI evaluates each piece individually and considers its original value, current market, brand, condition, age, desirability, seasonality and comparable resale activity.
Our goal is to establish a competitive price that gives your item a realistic opportunity to sell while appropriately representing its value.
Prices may be adjusted over time based on market conditions, demand and the terms of your selling arrangement.
05 — Your Item Goes Live
Once your item is ready, it’s made available for purchase through SHOPUBBI and, where applicable, additional selling channels.
From there, we handle the customer-facing side of the sale.
That means you don’t have to spend your time creating listings, answering repetitive messages, negotiating with strangers or managing the ecommerce experience yourself.
When Your Item Sells
We’ll handle the transaction with the buyer and complete the applicable fulfillment process.
Once the sale meets the requirements of your selling agreement, your portion of the proceeds is issued according to your applicable payout terms.
Your payout amount depends on the selling method and merchandise involved.

Selling Remotely?
You don’t necessarily have to be near a SHOPUBBI location.
Eligible sellers throughout Canada and the United States can submit merchandise remotely.
Depending on the program and item, you may be asked to send accepted merchandise to SHOPUBBI before it is listed, or you may qualify for a remote arrangement that allows you to retain possession until a buyer is secured.

Once your submission has been reviewed, we’ll provide the appropriate next steps for getting your pieces to SHOPUBBI.

What Happens If We Don’t Accept Something?
Not every great piece is necessarily the right fit for SHOPUBBI.
An item may be declined because of condition, demand, seasonality, brand, inventory levels or simply because we don’t believe we can provide the right resale opportunity for it at that time.
A declined item isn’t necessarily a reflection of its quality or authenticity—it may simply not fit our current assortment.
You are always welcome to submit other eligible pieces for consideration.
