We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligible returns will be issued as store credit equal to the original purchase amount.

We also offer exchanges within the same 7-day period, subject to item availability.

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
Returned items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

Returned with original packaging (where applicable)
Once an order has shipped, SHOP UBBI is no longer responsible for the item. Shipping method and tracking availability depend on the option selected at checkout.
Damaged or Misrepresented Items (Sourced Inventory Only)
If you receive an item with a flaw not disclosed in the original listing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

SHOPUBBI+ items are fulfilled and shipped by our global partner suppliers. As a result, return and refund eligibility varies by product and vendor.
