Refund policy

  • We have a 7 day return + exchange policy. All returns will be honored with the equivalent purchase amount in store credit. We also offer exchanges for any item(s) you purchase as long as it is within the 7 day time period. We do not offer refunds. 
  • Once an item is shipped SHOP UBBI is no longer responsible for your item. Whether or not tracking is included in your shipment is dependent upon the shipping option selected at checkout. 
  • If you receive an item with flaws not mentioned in the original listing, you have 48 hours to contact us with photos and details.
  • In the event you receive an item with flaws not mentioned in the original listing - and notify us within 48 hours - we will supply you with a shipping label to send the item back to us.
