Size:  Approx. Measurement: 35” x 35” / 88.5 x 88.5 cm

Description:

The Double Face Silk Twill Scarf, adorned with hand-rolled edges crafted from 100% silk. A revolutionary piece, it is the first scarf to feature printing on both sides, offering two vibrant scarves in one. Designed by the esteemed Hugo Grygkar and meticulously made in France, this scarf embodies luxury and innovation. Its dimensions measure 88.5 x 88.5 cm, though variations may occur due to the hand-rolling process, ensuring each piece is truly unique.

Inspired by the iconic Brides de Gala applique-pique scarf design, a symbol of Hermès' rich heritage and timeless elegance. Originally conceived in 1957 by Robert Dumas and designer Hugo Grygkar, the design was born from the serendipitous arrangement of two luxurious bridles, creating a composition of perfect harmony. In this reinterpretation, one of the bridles is artfully redrawn to mimic the intricate glued and stitched technique synonymous with Hermès' leatherworking artisans. A testament to the brand's meticulous craftsmanship and enduring legacy.
